Case files and calendar events stay in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Matter data lives in CaseLumen. Cost receipts are stored by CaseLumen; client uploads are staged briefly, then moved into your folders; Counsel Exchange downloads are kept only until the package expires.
